Present application is filed for condonation of delay caused for filing of restoration application in writ petition which was dismissed on 30.09.2024. There is a delay of 38 days.

It is contention of the applicant that due to inadvertence the office objections could not be removed within time prescribed by the Registrar (Judicial). As such, registration of the Writ Petition (Stamp) No.10730/2024 was refused.

The application is supported by an affidavit of learned Counsel. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay caused in filing of restoration application is hereby condoned. The application is allowed and disposed of.

The Registry is directed to register Misc. Civil Application (St.) No.23293/2024 on its original stamp number.

MISC. CIVIL APPLICATION (ST.) NO. 23293 OF 2024 1.

Present application is filed for restoration of writ petition dismissed on 30.09.2024.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. The order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) dated 30.09.2024 is hereby quashed and set aside.

The Registry is directed to register the Writ Petition (St.) No.10730/2024 on its original stamp number. 4.

The Civil Application stands disposed of.

After restoration of writ petition, the learned Counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the office objections within a period of two weeks.
