DATED : SEPTMEBER 12, 2018 Shri Ingole, learned Counsel for applicants, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the criminal application with liberty to take recourse to filing of discharge application in the event charge-sheet is filed before competent Court.

The order dated 28/8/2018 reveals that copy of charge-sheet is filed by prosecution in this Court as directed by earlier order dated 15/12/2017.

In the circumstances, in the event chargesheet is filed before competent Court, liberty is granted to applicants to file discharge application. Accordingly, leave to withdraw criminal application is granted. The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
