Learned Counsel for the appellant tried to appear through video conferencing, but not connected. Considering the fact that appeal is of the year 2021, we are inclined to hear the appeal finally. The application seeking suspension of sentence is disposed of with a rider that if appeal is not decided in near future, the request for suspension of sentence may be revived.
