The appellant/acquiring body has filed all these applications. The Civil Application No.3628 of 2024 is filed for condonation of delay of 30 days for setting aside abatement of the appeal against the sole respondent/claimant. Whereas, the Civil Application No. 3629 of 2024 is filed for setting aside abatement of the appeal against the respondent. Further, Civil Application No.3630 of 2024 is filed for condonation of delay of 146 days in bringing legal heirs of sole respondent-Shri Dnyaneshwar Natthu Katlaam, who admittedly died on 14.07.2024 and the last Civil Application No.3631 of 2024 is for bringing legal heirs on record of the deceased respondent.

There is no strong objection from the other side and nd.thawre
therefore, considering right to sue, all the aforesaid applications are allowed in terms of their respective prayers. 4.
The amendment be carried within stipulated period. 5.
All the Civil Applications are disposed of.
