The challenge raised in the present writ petition is to the order dated 14/12/2016 passed by the learned Joint Charity Commissioner remanding the proceedings for conducting fresh enquiry under Section 18 of the Maharahstra Public Trusts Act, 1950.

Considering the delayed challenge to the order of remand, I am not inclined to examine that challenge on merits. It is informed that the matter has progressed before the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner after remand. By expediting those proceedings, present writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
