In view of the judgment of this Court in Criminal Writ Petition(St) No. 22342 of 2024 (Shrihari Rajilingam Guntuka vs. State of Maharashtra and another) decided on 12.11.2024 at Principal Seat Mumbai, we quash and set aside the order impugned dated 30.08.2024 with directions to the respondent to pass a fresh order keeping in view the decision in the matter of Shrihari Rajilingam Guntuka (supra), expeditiously and in any case within a period of four weeks from today.

The criminal writ petition stands partly allowed in above terms.
