2] The complainant and the accused are permitted to compound the offence.

3] The applicant - accused is acquitted of offence punishable under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

4] The amount deposited by the accused in this Court, the Sessions Judge, Bhandara and Judicial Magistrate, Bhandara, to which there is a reference in paragraph 2 of the compromise praecipe may be withdrawn by the complainant - Shri Mahesh Joshi.

5] The revision is disposed of.
