The office note shows that First Appeal No.349/2011 was transferred to the District Judge, Amravati. It is further seen from the documents which the appellants have placed on record that the learned District Judge by its judgment and order dated 15.1.2025 decided finally Regular Civil Appeal No.31/2020. 2.

In view of this factual position, instead of allowing the appellants to withdraw the amount from this court, it will be proper to transfer the amount which is deposited before this court along with interest accrued there upon to the Principal District Judge, Amravati.

The learned Principal District Judge, Amravati will then consider the issue of withdrawal of the amount. 4.

In view of above, application is disposed of. 5.
