DATE : January 17, 2020 Though time was granted on 20/12/2019 to the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to file reply, no reply has been filed on record. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the judgment dated 18/10/2019.

It is clarified that the contention as raised that grant of approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Assistant Secretary on 18/11/2009 by the Director of Marketing does not require his further appointment as Secretary of the Market Committee to be approved by the Director of Marketing is kept open for being adjudicated by the Director of Marketing in terms of the judgment dated 18/10/2019. The points in that regard raised in the writ petition are kept open and they can be urged before the Director of Marketing when he considers the proposal afresh.
