26.06.2024 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition to approach the authority in revisional jurisdiction.

Permission is granted. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Learned counsel for the petitioner makes a request to continue the interim relief granted by this Court for further four weeks in order to get the appropriate relief before the revisional authority.

The request being reasonable, is granted. Interim relief granted by this Court shall continue for four weeks i.e. up to 24.07.2024.

The request for stay, if made by the petitioner before the revisional authority, shall be considered by the revisional authority without getting influenced by the interim relief granted by this Court. In other words, the revisional authority shall entertain the application seeking stay on its own merit. All questions are kept open.
