The learned Counsel for the applicant states that a cheque towards the decretal amount would be lodged by him during the course of the day.

Therefore, this application is allowed. On depositing of the cheque during the course of the day, the interim stay granted by this Court on 21/11/2015 shall stand revived and shall continue till final disposal of the appeal. The application is disposed of accordingly.
