By this application the permission is sought by the respondent no.3 to deposit the new cheque of Rs.5 lakhs in place of earlier cheque in pursuance of payment to the appellant as directed by this Court.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Respondent no.3 is permitted to deposit cheque of Rs.5 lakhs vide cheque no.231967 of Bank of India, Agrasen Marg Branch, Gondia dated 06.10.2025 towards the installment of August 2025. 4.

The application stands disposed of accordingly. 5.

The respondent no.3 is permitted to deposit the cheque amount during diwali vacation in office working days.
