DATED : JULY 27, 2017 This application is filed by respondents for grant of early hearing by a fixed date contending that though respondents are similarly situated with other employees, who had worked on daily wages and are regularised by petitioners vide Government Resolution dated 16/10/2012, they are not extended benefits of regularisation of service. It is further case of respondents that due to passage of time, some of them are attaining age of superannuation, however, order of permanency granted to them by learned Industrial Court cannot be implemented as stay is operating against them in the present petition.
Having considered facts as aforesaid and as learned Assistant Government Pleader for petitioners has not opposed for grant of early hearing, civil application is allowed. The petition be listed for final hearing in the
