Accepting the reasons given in the civil application delay of 332 days in filing the application for bringing legal representatives of the respondent No.2 (i) on record is condoned and the petitioner is permitted to bring on record the legal representatives of the respondent No.2(i), whose details are given in paragraph 3 of Civil Application No. 2681 of 2016.

The civil applications are allowed accordingly. CAW NO. 1528/2015 & CAW NO. 1529/2015.

Accepting the explanation given in the civil application, which are not controverted inasmuch as the reply is not filed, the delay of 379 days in filing the application for bringing legal representatives of the respondent No.2 on record is condoned and the petitioner is permitted to bring on record the legal representatives of the respondent No.2,
