The petitioner has approached this court for reducing the term of sentence up to 22 years and releasing the petitioner forthwith.

From the perusal of the judgment of the learned trial Judge, it cannot be said that the categorization of the petitioner is not proper. In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain the petition. Criminal Writ Petition is rejected.
