CAW 2520/2025 On oral motion, the learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the typographical error appearing in the sentences of pages 5 and 14 of para 4 of application by replacing the same with "Add para no.27(a) to 27(e) after para no.27:" and "Add ground no.vii to x after ground no.vii:". Amendment be carried out forthwith.

By this application, the petitioner wants to bring on record the subsequent facts which occurred after filing of the petition. 3.

Considering the submissions and reasons mentioned in the application, permission to amend the petition is granted. Permission to add proposed respondent as respondent no.6 is also granted.Necessary amendment be carried out within a week. 4.
