At the outset, learned counsel for appellant by a pursis dated 09.07.2024 has informed that respondent No.3 died during pendency of petition before the Tribunal. Therefore, he seeks deletion of the name of respondent No.3. 2.
In view of above, name of respondent No.3 be deleted. 3.
Heard.

This is an application for condonation of delay of 53 days in preferring the appeal.

Learned counsel appearing for non-applicant Nos.1, 2 and 4 formally objected the application.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed and the delay of 53 days is hereby condoned. The appeal be registered and numbered accordingly.
