Pursuant to the order dated 20.06.2018 an additional affidavit is filed on record explaining the delay. 2] The applicant delivered a child on 31.03.2016. Unfortunately, due to medical complications the applicant had to treat the child in various hospitals and ultimately the child expired on 16.03.2017. The other reason stated is financial constrains, particularly due to the pregnancy and the treatment of the child who suffered from a congenital cardiac problem.
3] I am satisfied that the delay is not intentional or mala fide. The application for condonation of delay is allowed.
