Considering the prayer, application deserves to be allowed. The application is allowed. Order dated 26.06.2024 is modified and the claimant/respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.77,483/- along with accrued interest thereon.

Registry is directed to pay that amount to the claimant/respondent No.1.
