This application has been moved praying that the applicant be permitted to intervene in the proceedings. It has been stated that at the instance of the applicant, the proceedings for disqualification of the petitioners were initiated. The application is opposed by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

Considering the reference made to the application made by the applicant on 17.12.2018, the prayer made in the civil application is granted. The applicant be added as the respondent no.4 in the writ petition. The Civil Application is disposed of. WRIT PETITION NO.7440/2019 Time of three weeks is granted to the petitioner to carry out the amendment and to enable the respondents to file reply.
