The learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 and 2, on instructions, makes a submission that if the petitioners submit an application in terms of prayer clause (iii), seeking a direction for re-inspection of the D.Ed. Special Education (IDD) course of petitioner No. 2 College and for reassessment of the proposal for renewal of approval of the said course, the same shall be considered positively 3.
The learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that such application would be made within one week from today.

The learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that upon receipt of the said application, the same nd.thawre
2/2 shall be processed forthwith and necessary steps will be taken in the matter.
