Learned counsel for the applicant states that

2 914-CAO.2102.16 the cheque towards deposit of decreetal amount is ready with him. Therefore, this application is allowed. Time to deposit the decreetal amount by cheque is extended till 23rd December, 2016 and on such deposit being made, the interim stay granted by this Court on 18th March, 2016 shall stand revived and will be continued until further orders.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
