DATED : DECEMBER 03, 2019 These applications have been filed for restoration of the writ petition and for condonation of delay in moving restoration application. It is submitted that the learned counsel for the applicant failed to mark the matter, resulting in non-removal of office objections and consequent dismissal of the petition. For the reasons stated in the applications, the same are allowed, delay is condoned and the writ petition is restored, subject to the petitioner removing office objection within a period of two weeks from today.
