By these applications, it is prayed that the legal heirs of the sole petitioner No. 5 who expired on 26.03.20169 be permitted to be brought on record. The applications in question have been filed shortly after death of the original petitioner. Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the applications, the applications are allowed. Legal heirs of the petitioner is permitted to be brought on record.
