"On 14.02.2024 date, following order was passed. The applicants/claimants state that their surname before the trial Court has been recorded as 'Thakur'. The claimants are also known and titled as 'Gour'. However, the claimants' surname, as mentioned in the cause title, was 'Thakur' and, therefore, cheque of compensation if issued in the name of 'Thakur' will not be accepted by the Bank.

2] The appellant shall examine the correctness of the statement made by the claimants and file reply accordingly.

3] Stand over to 28/2/2024.

Counsel for appellant submits that the appellant has verified the correctness of the statement made by the claimants and same is found to be correct. She seeks time to file reply accordingly.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant does not want to file reply. She, however,

The application seeking withdrawal of amount has been already allowed. The only issue is that the applicant desires to have cheque in the name of Gour. The appellant having admitted that the claimants 'Thakur' are also known as 'Gour', the amount be deposited in the accounts of Ravindra singh S/o Amarsingh Gour and Jitendrasingh S/o Amarsingh Gour as prayed for.
