During the pendency of the regular civil appeal, the petitioners-tenants were directed to deposit Rs.15,000/- per month from the date of the decree. 2.

Shri S.D. Dewani, learned Counsel fairly states that the same arrangement can be continued and the petitioners shall deposit Rs.15,000/- per month in this
