Learned counsel for respondent no.1 submits that an amount of Rs.88,000/- towards backwages has already been deposited in this Court on 02.08.2019. The petitioner is already reinstated in service. But, complaint is that she is not attending her duties.

Be that as it may, the petitioner shall be permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.88,000/- deposited in this Court, unconditionally. Contempt proceedings are dropped. No costs.
