Having heard for some time, it appears that there is statutory remedy available to the petitioner under Section 29 of the Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act, 2005. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the Sessions Court, Nagpur for the relief as available under the law. The time spent before this Court may be considered by Sessions Court as time spent in prosecuting the remedy before wrong forum. The petition is disposed of with liberty as mentioned. (Anil L.
