It is the case of the petitioners that they are the owners of land bearing Survey No.90 admeasuring 0.70 HR of Mouza Kotodi, Tahsil Saoner, District Nagpur. The respondent nos. 1 to 3 have acquired the adjoining land, due to which it is practicably impossible for the petitioners to cultivate their land as there is no approach way to reach their land. The petitioners therefore seek directions to the respondents to acquire their land.

Be that as it may, in view of peculiar facts, we direct the respondents authorities to treat the present petition as representation and decide the same within a period of twelve weeks from today. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to produce the copy of petition along with copy of this order before the authorities within a period of two weeks from today.

With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
