This application is filed by the applicant for extension of time to surrender before the Investigation Officer by the applicant.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the Criminal Application (APPLN) No.78/2023 was preferred by the non-applicant No.2 for cancellation of bail, which is allowed by this Court and the applicant is directed to surrender before the Investigating Officer on 02.12.2024. But the applicant is intending to challenge the order before the Apex Court and further time will require to approach and get it circulated. In view of that, said date be extended by ten days.

In view of that, I proceed to pass following order:

ORDER

(i) The applicant shall surrender before the Investigating Officer on 12.12.2024.

The application is disposed of.
