The learned A.G.P. waives notice for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and learned counsel Shri Tarik Zahir waives notice for the respondent No.3.

This is an application for condonation of 2387 days' delay caused in filing the first appeal. 4.

Though the learned counsel for the respondents are opposing to allow the application, however, as the reasons stated in the application are found satisfactory showing sufficient cause for condoning the delay, the application is allowed.

The delay caused in filing the appeal is hereby condoned subject to condition that the claimant/appellant herein shall not be entitled to interest payable on the enhanced compensation and statutory benefits, if any, granted for the delayed period.
