DATED : DECEMBER 16, 2019 Heard Mr. Sirpurkar, learned counsel for applicant and Mr. Tembhare, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the non applicant-State. Also perused the detailed reply filed on behalf of the prosecution. After hearing both the learned counsel and after perusal of the reply, when the Court was about to dismiss the application for pre-arrest bail, Mr. Sirpurkar, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has instructions from the applicant to withdraw the present application. The application is dismissed as withdrawn.

Since the application is withdrawn by the applicant, this Court is not giving detailed reasons for dismissal of the application.

Needless to mention interim order dated 02.12.2019 stands vacated.
