Learned counsel for appellant prays for cancellation of bailable warrant issued against appellant vide order dated 19.10.2018 contending that since he could not remain present on the date fixed for hearing, bailable warrant, as aforesaid, came to be issued. Learned counsel for appellant undertakes to appear for appellant on the fixed date hereinafter.

As the bailable warrant order to be issued is unexecuted, order to issue bailable warrant to appellant is recalled. Criminal Application stands disposed of.
