The learned advocate for the appellant submitted that R & P is received and the appeal itself can be heard. The learned A.P.P. requested for time.

The learned advocate for the appellant submitted that the appellant/accused is in jail since 15th December, 2017 and also submitted that if the appeal is not taken up for hearing, then prayer for suspension of sentence may be considered.

After prima-facie examining the facts of the case, following order is passed:

List the appeal for hearing on 21st November, 2018.

If the appeal is not disposed till 30th November, 2018 the appellant will be at liberty to reiterate his request for suspension of sentence and for grant of bail. With the above liberty, the criminal application is disposed.
