DATED : JANUARY 06, 2020 This is an application for early hearing filed on behalf of the petitioner (landlord), claiming that he has been seeking eviction of the respondent (tenant), since the year 2010 and that it would be in the interest of justice that the petition is heard at an early date. It is also pointed out that the petitioner is suffering from medical ailments and this is another factor that may be taken into consideration by the Court.

While taking up this application for consideration, this Court heard the learned counsel for rival parties for some time with the intention of finally disposing of the writ petition. It was found that the learned counsel for parties could assist this Court by placing on record written notes of arguments before the petition is taken up for final hearing.
