DATED : FEBRUARY 13, 2018 This is an application filed on behalf of respondent nos.1 to 4/claimants seeking permission to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by appellant Insurance Company. It is pointed out that out of total amount of compensation, an amount of Rs.19,16,510/- has been deposited by appellant Insurance Company in the Tribunal at Chandrapur and the balance amount of Rs.8,89,722/- has been deposited in this Court.
Shri Awachat, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of applicants/claimants, submits that this Court may permit applicants to withdraw the aforesaid amount of Rs.19,16,510/- lying in deposit before Tribunal at Chandrapur during pendency of this appeal. Shri Joharapurkar, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of appellant Insurance Company, does not have objection to the same because Insurance Company is
1302caf4508.17 2/2 essentially disputing grant of further amount by the Tribunal in its impugned order.
In that view of the matter, applicants/ claimants are permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.19,16,510/- along with accrued interest, which is lying in deposit before Tribunal at Chandrapur unconditionally. The application is disposed of. JUDGE khj
