OCTOBER 16, 2025 The petitioner questions notice dated 16/12/2024 issued by the respondent calling upon him to produce Pan Card, Aadhaar Card and details of movable and immovable properties in the matter of open enquiry against him.

2] We find that the petitioner should respond to such notice, which will be considered by the respondent for further action.

3] It is then open for the petitioner to challenge the outcome of the enquiry. The petitioner appears, to us, to have approached prematurely. 4] The petition is accordingly dismissed.
