Counsel for the petitioners submits that the purpose for which the PIL was initiated some seven years back is already served as the improvements which were sought thereby constructing railway under bridge is already commissioned. 3.

That being so, PIL stands disposed of.

The amount deposited by the petitioners is permitted to be refunded with accrued interest.
