CRIMINAL APPLICATION (APPA) NO.1055/2018 As the appellant was on bail during the trial, there had been no complaint that he had misused the liberty granted by the Sessions Court during trial, as the sentence is suspended by the trial Court and considering the facts of the case, following order is passed: The substantive sentence imposed on the appellant by the Sessions Court is suspended until

2 apeal646.18 further orders, however, on condition that the appellant shall execute P.R. bond for Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) and furnish one solvent surety in the like amount before the Sessions Court within one month. If the appellant fails to comply with these directions, the protection granted to the appellant by this order shall cease to operate from 26th November, 2018 and the respondent shall enforce / execute the judgment passed by the learned Sessions Judge.

The criminal application is allowed in the above terms.
