The application is for grant of bail.

Heard learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent. Perused the investigation papers from which it reveals that the applicant who is 31 years old man subjected the victim who is 16 years old girl for the forceful sexual assault. I have shown my disinclination to grant bail. The learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application. The applicant is arrested on 14.09.2021. Considering the fact that the applicant is behind bar since four years, the learned trial Court shall expedite the trial and shall disposed it of at the earliest. 3.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn.
