The application is for condonation of delay of only 12 days in filing appeal against the judgment and order dated 31.08.2024 passed by the concerned Special Court of Differently-able Persons, Sr. Citizens and Marginalized Sections of Society, Nagpur in Sessions Case No. 528/2016. Though the learned APP opposed the said application, considering the short period of delay, it stands condoned and application is disposed of accordingly.
