The challenge is to the order dated 05/11/2019 delivered in Original Application No.664/2019.

The issue pertains to the transfer of the petitioner under provisions of Maharashtra Government Servants Regulation of Transfers and Prevention of Delay in Discharge of Official Duties Act, 2005. 3.
The fixed tenure of the relevant post provided under the aforesaid Act is that of three years. The petitioner so also the respondent No.7 has already completed the said tenure. 4.
That being so, the petition has rendered infructuous. 5.
The writ petition is disposed of as rendered infructuous. No costs.
