Though learned counsel [appointed] for the applicant/appellant does not agree, we find effort is to demonstrate that at the most an offence under Section 304 Part-I of Indian Penal Code has been made out.

In this situation, we reject Criminal Application and expedite hearing of the appeal. Appeal be listed for final hearing immediately after paper book is prepared.
