This petition takes exception to the order dated 27.08.2024 passed by respondent No.1 - Divisional Commissioner, Amravati Division, Amravati. 2.

By the order impugned, respondent No.1 has dismissed the appeal filed by the present petitioner with cryptic order.

By consent of the parties, the order impugned is set aside.

Respondent No.1 after hearing the parties shall decide the appeal filed by the present petitioner afresh on its own merits.
