This is an application for permission to withdraw an amount of Rs.25,53,271/- deposited in this Court as per the Reference Court in Reference Case No.1250/AMT/AMT/2020.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice. The application is partly allowed.

Registry is directed to pay 50% amount on usual undertaking and 25% amount on execution of solvent surety/security out of Rs.25,53,271/- to the claimant/respondent No.1 along with accrued interest thereon.
