Shri P.N. Shende, learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the employee is reinstated and absorbed in the School managed by Municipal Council, Kamptee. In so far as the direction to pay back-wages is concerned, Shri P.N. Shende states that this petition is not being pressed in view of the interim stay granted by this Court to the direction to pay back-wages. 3.

The statement is accepted.

The petitioner shall be at liberty to take such steps as may be advised if the stay to the direction to backwages is vacated. 5.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
