The application is filed for withdrawal of amount of compensation which is lying with the Registry of this Court, by the respondent No.1/claimant.

Though the learned counsel Mr. Pawar, holding for Mr. Katkar, is seeking an adjournment, but the learned counsel for the appellant/acquiring body is not having any objection for withdrawal of aforesaid amount of compensation to the respondent No.1/ claimant.

Under such circumstances to save the time of this Court, the respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw the entire amount of compensation lying with the registry of this court along with accrued interest thereon till date. 5.

The application is disposed of.
