Heard learned counsel for the applicants, who are the original claimants Nos.1 to 4. None for the appellant/Insurance Company.

The application filed for withdrawal of entire amount of compensation deposited by the appellant/Insurance Company with this Court. It appears that the appellant/Insurance Company had in fact withdrawn the appeal before the Lok-Adalat dated 11.02.2023. It further appears that out of the original claimants, the respondent No.5 has also passed away on 20.05.2020, as per the death certificate annexed. The record shows that the appellant/Insurance Company had deposited the entire amount of compensation with this Court after filing the appeal. The application remained unopposed. nd.thawre

As such, it stands allowed and the respondent No.1 to 4 (original claimant Nos.1 to 4) are permitted to withdraw the entire amount of compensation deposited in this Court by the appellant/Insurance Company along with accrued interest thereon.

On the death of original claimant No.5 Mankarna Khedkar, the amount of compensation be distributed equally among the respondent Nos.1 to 4.
