Contemnor is present today pursuant to the execution of bailable warrant. Learned advocate for the petitioner states that arrears of Rs.3,12,000/- are to be recovered from the contemnor. Apart from that educational expenses are required to be borne by the contemnor. Contemnor on query states that he receives salary of Rs.70,000/- per month and he is ready to pay arrears of maintenance by way of installment of Rs.25,000/- per month. He also submits SKNair

65-fca-16-20.odt that he has to maintain two daughters and to bear their educational expenses.

Contemnor to deposit first installment of Rs.25,000/- on or before 20th March, 2025 and shall continue to deposit the same on or before 20th of every month in this Court till arrears are cleared. 4.

Learned advocate for the petitioner shall be entitled to withdraw the amount so deposited by the contemnor. Learned advocate for the petitioner undertakes to give receipt of educational expenses incurred for the education of son-Sakashit and contemnor shall pay educational expenses on receipt being furnished to him. 5.

Stand over to 27th March, 2025.
