DATED : DECEMBER 18, 2019 Heard Mr. Shantanu Deshpande, learned counsel holding for Mr.A.C. Jaltare, learned counsel for applicant and Mr. S.M. Ghodeswar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the non applicant-State. Also perused the reply filed on behalf of the prosecution and the charge-sheet. In an incident two persons were assaulted, they were killed and one was injured. After considering the direct evidence that was available in the prosecution against the applicant, when the Court was about to dismiss the application for bail, Mr. Deshpande, learned counsel submits that he wish to withdraw the application.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.

Since learned counsel is withdrawing the application, the Court is not giving detailed reasons for its dismissal.
